Terms of Service

Tradeobit provides stock screeners and market insights covering NSE (National Stock Exchange of India) listed stocks, including tools such as Open High Low, Volume Shockers, Gap Up/Gap Down, 52-Week High/Low, Breakout, RSI, and Top Gainers & Losers. Some features are available for free; other features (such as live market data or advanced filters) may require a paid subscription.

Data, screeners, and any other content on Tradeobit are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and you should consult a registered financial advisor before making any investment decision.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through our payment processor. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using automated means outside of what we explicitly permit, interfering with its normal operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Tradeobit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeobit and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and cancel any subscription, at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
